Irving Smith, in the red t-shirt and holding a songbook on the bottom of the photo, leads the Solidarity Forever march in the rotunda during the Solidarity Sing Along on Wednesday. One of the singers seen here has received a citation, home delivered by WI Capitol Police officers, for their participation in this spontaneous song circle that occurs Monday-Friday from 12-1. Can you guess who the offender is? Can you determine what their offense was? Can you explain why only 1 of these individuals was cited for the incorrect behavior? Photo: Leslie Amsterdam
