We Are Wisconsin held a candlelight vigil on the steps of the Wisconsin State Capitol to mark the one year anniversary of one of the darkest days in Wisconsin political history. One year ago the passage of Act 10 removed the collective bargaining rights of public sector workers. The following images were taken between 6-7pm CST 3/09/2012:
